I do not recommend Sathish Kashyap or JPAR North Metro (JPAR Real Estate). This company purchases homes and fails to maintain the yard. If they can't maintain their own properties, do you think you should trust them with any of your real estate decisions and or needs?
The buyers realtor for this JPAR North Metro agency requested a 12:00-1:15pm showing yesterday for today in our occupied, key word, occupied home for sale. He brought his clients 30 minutes early and we were still in the home which is completely unprofessional. He then never brought the clients back to look at our home during the requested showing time. Your lack of professionalism is what earned you this 1 star review. Do better! Anyone considering using this realtor group, reconsider it and listen to many 1 star reviews.
