I bought 8 brand new tires from Thomas's Tire. Two weeks later I had a flat and took my vehicle in. They replaced tire and charge me complaining it was not their fault. The leak was supposedly on the s**** in the tire did damage. I paid for the 9th tire. Then another flat on my other car. Back to them and they claimed it was the sidewall leak and charge me full price. Went to Thomas Tire in Aberdeen, NC to get an oil change and tire services on my SUV. I've had regular scheduled maintenance, never had any oil leaks. Days after the oil change, my vehicle began to leak oil. Went back and to notify them of the issue that was caused by them and was quoted over $1000 to fix!!!

Don’t honor warranty and have been going here for years. Eric is very unprofessional and did not get back until Friday EOD by EMAIL! We called six times got sent to voicemail. We didn't disrespect or anything to him or the manager of that store. Went to pick my car up to find my hood open and my key was left in the car to be easily broken into or worse. On Oct 19, 2023, I took my Car to Thomas Tire, as I had for several years, for my automotive needs, and was quoted $1,300.00 (with an oil change) and 4-5 hours of work (once part was in) to replace my Harmonic Balancer. Dropped it that Thursday, was told the part came in late that Friday so they didn’t start working on it till the following Monday… that Thursday, a full week later, I FINALLY got my Car back. Customer Service is horrible, wait times are fraudulently long. They work on coworkers vehicles first then customers, they don’t keep track of who showed up first, they don’t communicate within the office and they are rude. Highly recommend you don’t go here!

What an amazing customer service experience! My wife and I made a recent visit to have Thomas Tire evaluate the cause of a significant vibration in our motorhome, that presented itself while driving. We suspected the problem to be related to some tires and/or wheel balancers that were recently installed by our local mechanic. We have used this location since we moved here 6 years ago. Up until about 2 year ago they did great customer satisfaction. Now it has gone to it is all about the money. I took my car in for an alignment and two front tires, man goes out and look at back tires and says they have been on the car since it was manufactured and are dry rotted.
