Every time I called I got hung up on they lied to me about sending in my medication to the pharmacy I went for chronic spine pain and now I can't get a hold of anybody so I really wouldn't recommend J&P Spine Center they had no concern for my chronic pain. Every location that I tried calling I got the same thing hung up on no response back from them and they had little concern for my needs I have chronic pain in my spine and I feel like they are not helping me at all I leave messages and I keep calling back but get nothing
So far, so good! From the moment I walked in, the front office secretary was very friendly and welcoming. I’m terrible with names, but the woman doctor (Dr P) I saw and Dr. O were both wonderful. They listened to my concerns, took their time with me, and never made me feel rushed. I’m already very pleased with the care I’ve received so far. They were able to get my future appointments scheduled quickly, and I’m hopeful we can get some relief from the problems I’ve been dealing with. Very poor, I went through one ablation which caused an outbreak of pain and my new Dr. Is absolutely no help. My regular Dr. Went on maternity leave and this new guy looks at me like a unwanted problem. I'm in extreme pain and they really don't like answering questions and like to give you answers to questions not asked. Pain management here so far is a bit of a joke. The best Doctor for pain management, he is so thorough and knowledgeable. Very empathetic to every persons needs. I highly recommend him.
