FROM FRONT END TO BEHIND THE SCENE INCLUDING ALL DRS AND NURSES ARE AWESOME AND KNOW YOU BY NAME WITHIN THE 2ND APPOINTMENT!!
This is the WORSE !!! Clinic do not go!!! The Doctors have no compassion for patients. They come in the room with a rude attitude and don’t review anything with you. They don’t even review side effects of the injections. And Get mad/ bothered when we try to ask questions. -5 stars
Joann Nunno is the worsest doctor i have ever met, she has no heart towards her patients, leaves them whin no paid meds, treats people withno respect. Please do your research before scheduling with her
Sometimes you feel like a cash cow... Been going to J&P since late 2021 - 8 2025. At first it was a great place. Highly recommended it. After countless steroid treatments, 16 procedures and 49 pain management visits I would not recommend them to anyone. In the past year or so the patient care has dropped drastically. The front end is rude and unprofessional, with the exception of Ashley. The office visits last 5 minutes if you're lucky. Do Not go to this clinic. Both times they did my injections I ended up in the hospital. Besides that Joan gave me 4 Rx's to take, non narcotic, My daughter found me on the floor unconscious, had to call the ambulance. Here to find out I was over medicated and kept falling and going unconscious everywhere in my house. Thank God my daughter was here, I would have died!
