Horrible phone customer service
Used to be better they are getting too many patients or something the provider literally forgot about my recent back problems I couldn't see her for 3 months due to an insurance change and when you check in you fill out a paper asking where your pain is located I said neck and back which I always have but she ordered a steroid injection for my neck and completely put my back on hold which is weird cause I saw her before my insurance changed And she was going to put in authorization for my back ablation now I have to restart ... read more

Dr.Gilbert is a great provider, he always has patience for me, listens to my concerns & helps choose the best option to help control my pain. Also to all the staff at J&P Spine, they are all amazing individuals with lovely attitudes, you all make my day, Rosemarie Navarro appreciates you all 💜
