I have been going JP’s for years so I was surprised to have such bad customer service!!!!! It’s was horrible, complained to owner who didn’t care, so I will never go back!

Disappointed. We've gone to JPs for over 10 years. Never have we been treated so poorly and by an owner. My husband's steak was overcooked. We asked the waitress to fix it (politely and the rest of our meals were great). She returned with the same steak to tell us it was the lighting outside (we asked for medium-rare, it came out obviously medium-well - mostly brown and brown juices).
