Horrible service don't follow through with service requests!
Horrible customer service!
This company was selected to repair my A/C. When I called them on Monday after a repair order was set the previous Friday I was told it would most likely be at least a few days and was advised to contact my home warranty company to see if they could find someone who could come sooner but that my spot would be held. When the home warranty company called them to verify my repair order was cancelled without my permission. This is the opposite of what I was told. Not a good company to do business with!!!!
