Working with JP Orleans has been the single biggest mistake of my working professional career. If you're a subcontractor thinking of working for these people, run. Fast. They don't pay on time. They lack communication and are unprofessional. They have stiffed me on $6400 of change orders for 2 houses they sold for $2.183 million combined. The worst contractor I have ever met in my life! As a general contractor myself, I can honestly say the worst ever! If you are a buyer, RUN away! I have seen building practices that no one should be ok with! If you are a contractor, RUN, they do not pay on time (still waiting for payment from May 23, 22). They do not communicate, they ignore your calls and never return any messages.
