They were gracious enough to squeeze me in, look at my car, fix the problem, and all within a few hours. Josh was exceptionably helpful - explaining things in layman's terms and showing me what he was talking about on my vehicle. I'm forever grateful for their kindness and the great service!
After my warranty with Mercedes ended i tried a bunch of various shops for general maintenance. Until i needed some specialized work it became quite difficult to find a shop either willing or able. Found JP and i am very pleased! I’ve never been an automotive technician but I’ve had project vehicles so i know what’s going on.
