Brought in my daughter's car to have a warning light diagnosis. They took the time to do the diagnosis and then show me what the problem was and then went over the entire vehicle with me to show me what could be problems in the future. They offered me all the different repair options and didn't pressure me with any unnecessary services.
I have trusted J P Motors with my car for several years now. They are thorough, professional and friendly. They make sure you understand all parts of the service/maintenance and cost for the service on your vehicle. I live in East Hartford but, I will continue to go to JP Motors for years to come.
JP Motors was excellent. From start to finish, they treated me with respect-- only fixed what was necessary and got my nearly 20-year-old BMW to pass the emissions test!!! I cannot say enough positive things about JP and his team and I will be using them from here on out. I will also be telling all of my friends to go here. What a great experience.
