Was having issues with the charging system on my chrysler town and country van. Took it in to Hawk Auto Peru and they got me back on the road within about 45 minutes. Fast, courteous, polite !! Haven't seen those traits in a Dealership in a very long time. I will recommend Hawk Auto to all my friends and family.
Not very satisfied at this time. Hopefully the ne t review will be more promising
Horrible experience. Spent 4 hrs on the phone.... was told by multiple people " all we need is proof of income, valid i.d. and down payment. Come on in.we have your PRE-APPROVAL ready.. Paid for a ride there since I dont have a car... Spent 4 hrs sitting at a desk, being lied to and pushed into something I didnt want. Then after all that time decided to come back out and tell me they cant help me.
Scott was buying a new car and went to Hawk Auto Peru because of Chad Talbot. He always takes care of us when looking for a new or used car. Very communicative, honest and to the point. Thank you for the 2025 Nissan Murano. Its a great purchase and we highly recommend Chad and Hawk Auto.
