I am a member of the Chase Private Bank with funds invested with Neil Cohen at the Beverly Hills Branch. I have had problems with the private bank refusing to release funds in trusted with the bank. When I went to 2029 Century Park East to talk to Mr Cohen's supervisor I was told to wait in the building lobby where a secretary was sent to her my complaint. He found the mistake made in counting the money before and he never ceased to help me when I needed someone in the bank and got back to me immediately and I am very grateful for his professionalism and honestly to go above and beyond to help me with my banking issues.
