Very unprofessional. Made me feel like an inconvenience for coming to do a warranty repair six months after install.
Extremely unprofessional. They installed the furnace and AC in the new construction home that I’m renting in October 2023. They no call no showed the first appointment. After rescheduling they arrived late. They were rude and condescending. Because I work for another HVAC company, they chose my appointment to tell me how terrible my company is.
