McHale bought my pest control company a couple years ago. I now pay more for worse service. It is absolutely minimal service, if that. The first tech they sent claimed he knocked on the door and I wasn't there. I was. He eft and they charged me. When I called to discuss this I was told he was being fired, as though that was somehow helpful to me.
