The last time I Used the service the rodents err still in my house. I allowed 2 weeks and my house was still crawling with mice! I’m never using them again
We have been loyal customers for years, including hiring them to insulate our crawl space less than three years ago. We paid more to them because we trusted them to know what they are doing. We took all of their recommended advise on scope of services. They especially sold the rockwool type insulation as being resistant to mold growth. I paid for a yearly service. Included was a visit 3 times during the year to check my property. They haven't showed up once since July last year and I'm half way through my contract.
I got a renewal notice today and realized that JP McHale has not been to my house since the first service call when I signed up. They even put bait to check for termites and haven't checked them. I thought I was paying for service, not insurance. I called and was told that I have to call if I want preventative service.
I been using them for over 18 years they are the best !!

HAD TICKS 2 WEEKS LATER CALLED COMPLAINED ERIK IN COSTUMER SERVICE POOR ATTITUDE TOLD THEY WOULD TREAT AGAIN AT FULL PRICE...I HAVE USED LIVING ASSETS IN THE PAST AND WILL GO BACK THERE TREATMENTS WORKED AND LASTED....
I'd like to thank McHale for the courteous, prompt and excellent service provided by their employees.
They had my last honest review removed so I can't tell the whole story, but awful customer service and does not get rid of the pest problems. You'll need to pay an additional exterminator because they do not treat the problem fully
