Would not recommend doing any business with JCMG. Dr McAleer is a talented Dr but absolutely not worth using his services due to the complete incompetence of staff and the organization’s billing department at JCMG.
Terrible doctor! My husband is a diabetic and had a huge ulcer on his foot. The doctor didn't look at his foot or even touch it. All he wanted to do is cut toes off! The toes are healthy and had nothing to do with the ulcer. My husband has no co pay and they told us we owed $100. Receptionist got hateful and said it wasn't a co pay. It was to make sure their doctor gets paid. Very unprofessional! Do not recommended!!!
The office is very professional and helpful. The staff were very accommodating to me, considering I had a long drive for appointments. They went out of their way to make it convenient. All staff were helpful and kind. Dr McAleer did a wonderful job on my foot issue and I’m am extremely pleased with the results. I do not have a single suggestion. Wonderful experience if you have to have foot surgery!
Dr. McAleer is awesome!! He doesn't just get you in for a quick fix, he gets down to the issue for permanent healing, unlike other doctors that just want your money, he actually cares. I have been going to Dr. McAleer for over a year and I 100% happy with the results. Secondly. the staff is absolutely amazing! They are always smiling and very accommodating. Way to go team McAleer! Keep up the great work and care of patients!
