I have lived in my apartment for 18 years, having been through two previous owners. Needless to say JP is the absolute best Management since I have been here. Never a problem with anything, any repairs needed are done in a timely manner. Their maintenance men to their office staff are also the absolute best. I have never spoken to anyone that hasn't been a true pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend JP to anyone looking to rent. It is a true pleasure living here. I would give them a definite 10.
JP Management is the absolute best landlord we have ever had. I have been here through 2 owners and neither one could ever compare to the fantastic job done by these owners. Such a wonderful change. There staff from Office to Maintenance are absolutely wonderful. Very polite and a pleasure to deal with. The are always quick to come if there is a maintenance problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to Rent. There aren't enough words to say how wonderful they are. Extremely professional as well.
