Ordered a large, but the portion was ridiculously small. The photos speak for themselves — compared to the same large size at the Newbury St. location, this is a huge difference. Same brand, same size, completely different portion. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this location and go to Newbury instead.
I love Jp licks but the soft serve machine is always broken 😭😭😭 pls fix it
We tried the peanut butter cup frozen yogurt last night, and the yogurt itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the attitude of the staff. When I politely asked where I could find a spoon, I felt dismissed and noticed eye-rolling from the servers. As a customer who was courteous throughout, the interaction left a poor impression and made me question whether I was being treated differently because of my background. I am not sure why I keep coming back to this particular J.P. Licks other than I live close by. The only product I buy is yogurt X and at this J.P. Licks they don’t seem to know how to dispense soft yogurt. Whether I get a cup or a cone, it looks as if I have been served a full serving, but it is always hollow in the middle.
