This Realtor Jorge and his 32 team members are very difficult to work with. Wasted my time and my sellers time. Buyer never went to the property once, claimed the duplex needed $100k in work which was complete B.S luckily we have 3 backup contracts. Watch out for these new age show boat Instagram realtors. Do not recommend to any sellers nor listing agents. God Bless
