Juanita and team are very efficient and make all processes simple. In the last year we have used them for 3 separate transactions which were all executed seamlessly. Pricing is also fair. I would highly recommend them!
Juanita was lovely to work with...I didn't work with her through the whole experience though...I also had one of her associates who was efficient, but not all that warm and friendly. Because it was a stressful time I would have appreciated a bit more sensitivity from that person. But Juanita closed the transaction...she was excellent and made all the discouraging feelings go away. :-) Thank you for your service.
