I cannot be more impressed by the level of service. I contacted them after hours, received text messages regarding my needs, and was able to arrange my pickup on the date.,..all in a matter of 2 business days. I'm so happy. JP Junk Removal was also cheaper than what I was quoted previously. The guys that came to the house were awesome (apologies as I don't remember their names). The best customer service! I contacted them on Saturday (off hours), expecting to hear back on Monday. I received a text within hours of leaving a message. I explained and sent pictures of what was needed to be taken out of the house and again within minutes I had a price quote and a time frame as to when the service could be done. I hope they stay in business forever, I would definitely use them again without a doubt. Thank you, you deserve 100 stars!
JP Junk Removal was absolutely fantastic. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and unbelievably quick. I emailed them with some pictures to request service late on a Sunday night and I had a response in my inbox Monday morning. Complete shed removal: These gentlemen were prompt and thorough and did exactly what they promised to do. The entire project took less than 4 hours from start to finish, with time off in the middle to dump the first load of debris. They removed several cement footers and smoothed the whole area over when they were done. I am VERY pleased and highly recommend James and his crew.
I’m really impressed with JP Junk Removal. I had a swingset in my backyard that the kids have long outgrown. I sent them a few pictures and got an estimate within an hour for its removal.
