This is the first time that I’ve used a junk removal service. They had provided me a window of time during which they would arrive, and said that they would text me at least 20 minutes beforehand to give me a heads up that they are on their way. JP junk removal was awesome. I called on a Wednesday in a bit of a time crunch and they were able to fit me in two days later for furniture removal. The price was extremely fair especially for the convenience. Communication, convenience, and professionalism were all top notch.
This process was flawless! I was trying to empty a home in PA while residing in NY. Josh was super helpful and flexible making it easy to place the items outdoors for pickup. Communication through your the day was excellent. I knew when they were on the way, when the garbage was removed and sent an easy Venmo payment! Would highly recommend!
JP Junk Removal did a great job for us. The two young men who came out were courteous, professional, and careful throughout the entire process. They moved furniture, a treadmill, and removed additional junk without causing any damage, which we really appreciated. They worked efficiently and handled everything quickly while still being respectful of our home. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience—I’d definitely recommend them.
