Good product - but I gave 1 star because of the sorry technical assistance. Half the time, "they don't know". And now that they're closed for the virus, we can't find help for issues. Stay closed - I think your technical help is zero anyway.
Great system, great tech support but, don’t get on the phone with sales or they’ll ruin your day.
Stopped by unannounced seeking help with the EDM 730 which I had with me. Their offices are spread out and I ended up walking into the wrong section. No problem! The gentleman I ran into, quickly set about helping me. When he was unable to solve the problem, he personally walked me to the customer service department and handed me over to a service tech. JPI provided me with excellent customer service.
