Top quality service at a fair price – When I first brought my es300 to jp importz I must admit that I was worried about what kind of work that they would do, but I figured I would give them a try and save a few $$. Best Lexus Service in the Metroplex – I have been using JP Importz to service my Lexus SC and RX 300 automobiles for several years. The service has always been superb. The price is far less than the dealer, and the work is of a much better quality. Jason is a great mechanic! The SC in particular has had a LOT of work done on it and JP Importz saved me literally thousands of dollars compared to dealer prices. Overland Landcruiser – Long before I met Jason, I had acumulated the OEM parts directly from Japan to add a 13-gallon petrol subtank to my 1997 Landcruiser for long distance and backcountry travel. The project was unique in that the subtank was only available on Landcruisers destined for Australia and Saudi Arabia. Pricey, Same price as Dealer – JP Imortz JPimportz They charge same price as dealer. They give cheaper quote initially but then add charges to the final bill. In the end it will costs you same as delear. Web site content is very clever. They exactly knows what people like read and hear before go to a shop. Once you are there in the shop, you will pay, correct? What a clever use of technology to pull-in new customers.

I work for Citysearch and Have had this location as a client for over two years and never ever have seen or had a complaint about them. Recently the owner Jason had let some people go due to the economy and unfortunatly some people handel hard times better than others. Do not listen to this review, this is a good man trying to run an honest family business.
Excellent Job and Customer Service – Wow, finally I got someone whom I can trust with my car. bad news is that my other car is Honda and I can only trust dealer on that and they are pricey. For my RX-300 I took my car to them after getting recommendation from one of my friend. I am glad I listened to them and I wish I could have done it earlier. My car would have been better that what it is now. Who ever has Lexus or Toyota, not going to this SHOP is just wastage of money.
Great Service and Very Attentive! – I had a problem with my 2000 Toyota Camry that went on for months. I brought my car to numerous shops and they kept giving me wrong diagnoses and charging me for a repair or service that didn't fix my problem. I brought my car to this shop diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 days (1 day delay for the part). They were very attentive and explanatory. I am definitely taking my car and possibly future cars here again. They've earned a customer. Thank you!
Best garage to bring your Toyota and Lexus for repair! – I found this garage in City Search. I took my Toyota Avalon in because of a strange noise and bad brakes. I took the car in and lady at the front office said they will get back to me in about an hour and sure enough, I got a call from Jason.The car was making a funny noise but it did not happen when I took the car in. The Best Lexus Repair Shop in the Dallas Metroplex is Located off 635 in Garland! – Jason goes above and beyond what a normal mechanic or service advisor does. He is simply amazing. I wouldnt doubt that he can put a lexus together from a million parts with a blindfold on! He is kind and also really cares about his customers, and their cars! Thank you Jason. I recommend him for anyone with a lexus or toyota vehicle! The office is also very comfortable, not like the other shops or dealerships.
