Jess did a fantastic job not just giving me a hair cut but actually cutting MY hair (which is not an easy task) I have thinning, thin hair with cowlicks. I have been very happy with the result every day.
I felt heard!!!! Jess took the time to understand what I was saying and made me feel like I wasn’t alone. I haven’t smiled and laughed so much in any clinic. I look forward to our time together in the future. Thank you Jess!!!
