I had seen Dr. Palma's reviews and decided to take a chance and see him. I was recommended by a friend, who is also a patient of Dr. Palma. I was pleased by his knowledge and action. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Would you recommend this gastroenterologist to others? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
