We had our floors refinished a week ago and it literally looks like a brand new house. They got rid of water damage and scratches from the dogs in minutes. They worked quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond and even asked us if we needed help to block off the open floor plan for the dogs! Apologies in advance, as this is a very LONG (and overdue) review 😊 When we moved into our house almost three years ago, the first thing I knew I wanted to change eventually (AKA as soon as possible) were the floors. Of course the pandemic hit in 2020, so those plans were put on a temporary hold. I can recommend John Pratt and his son Adam as knowledgeable, smart, and reliable. Not only do they do a good job with both soft- and hardwood floors, they have the patience to work with their customers when it comes time to choose a stain and/or clear finish. They are flexible about necessary interruptions in the work. And they lay tile. They listen to their customers concerns and can adjust their approach should circumstances or product choice require it. Their fees are reasonable for the work. In short, I trust them both.

John and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our hardwood floors! He is very knowledgeable and was patient with my multitude of questions. They got the job done on time and at the price quoted - very easy to work with.
