They stink! I purchased flooring from Ace Floor Covering. The small bathroom floor with linoleum came out great. We had a very small front hall floor put in by Ace, and it was a special type of floor (a floating floor). It was very high priced, and we hoped it would last. They charged us $105. for moulding around the edge that came up less than a month later. When I called to say that the threshold was coming up, he blamed me, and said all it needed was a small piece of wood underneath. I'll NEVER do business with these peop... read more
good flooring selection, questionable customer service I found the flooring selections offered by Ace Floor Coverings to be a very nice representation. I was interested in their vinyl and hardwood options, but could not come to an agreement on budget. The salesperson I was dealing with was friendly enough, but when it came time to negotiate on price and delivery, his attitude changed somewhat. I'm not sure I'd go back - their prices aren't that great.
