First time customer of JP Euro and with our Macan coming off of warranty I was looking for a more reasonable way to maintain it. Scheduled online which was super easy and once in store Adrian got me set up for a brake inspection and oil change. He was super responsive and provided detailed photos of the work to be done. Needed to replace the rotors and pads but they were able to get us in and out same day with OEM parts for a fraction of the price of the dealership. Plus the experience is so much better.
