I had my Mercedes serviced at JP Euro after receiving an advertisement. The customer service was wonderful - Phak was very kind and took time to answer all my questions. I did have an issue with the transmission fluid being low which caused issues with the car and had to take the car back to have the fluid topped off. As a testament to their quality customer service, they did offer a free oil change next time so I'm willing to give them another go.
Always goes above and beyond for me and my friends and family. Highly recommend JP!
If you are serious about taking care of your vehicle, I highly recommend JP Euro. Saul did a great job of communicating well and often, providing frequent updates and photos of the work, and was very easy to coordinate with. I will be using JP Euro again in the future for all of my vehicles.
JP Euro was able to help with an unexpected fluid leak and was super helpful in getting the car back to me quickly. Phak was very helpful in facilitating the repair from drop-off to pick-up. I'll most likely use their services again in the future.
The website says they work on Romeo‘s called and said they don’t work on alphas
