The guys over at JP have the absolute best customer service, I rented out a Deere 30g mini excavator for a septic install and unfortunately it blew a hydraulic line, when I called the office and let them know they had another one put on a lowboy and delivered to the job site within a hour free of charge. I’m amazed with the quick response and care they have for the customer. I definitely will be renting from JP again.
Excellent outfit to fill in your equipment rental needs. Used them for years before Pawley sold. Now JP is my place to go for all equipment rental needs. They cater to smaller jobs and are flexible with weekend rentals. Always consistently attentive. Reasonable prices and decent quality equipment. Highly recommend.
The JP guys are top notch! They keep it real and I always feel like family, not just a customer. I've been renting from them for many years and purchased 2 machines from Jacob at the old place. Highly recommended!
