Jordan was very quick to respond, same day service. Very knowledgeable, honest, polite and respectful of our home. He quickly alleviated our fears and was upfront about costs. He charges a fixed fee for the trip but that covers for the first hour. His prices were very reasonable and worth his service. He was very diligent and thorough to check for shocks in one of the outlet, explained in detail the issue and how we can fix some of the stuff ourselves. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

Jordan is nice and knowledgeable. He came to fix our issue in one hour after I called. Although it was a quick fix, he explained to me the reasons that caused the problem, and he took extra efforts to see if he could quickly change the wiring so that we won't encounter similar issue in the future.
