In the middle of winter, it's a devastating experience to have your furnace quit. I had friend recommend JP Cooling and Heating. I called them and was told they would be there the next day, which was amazing to me. Kendall was there right on time..our furnace is an older model, so he gave me the option of ordering a new part for it or replacing it with a new furnace. No pressure either way.
