I met with John Paul( owners son) around 9/16/23 for a quote. He came to my home was very pleasant and advised with my townhouse he would need to speak w/ the HOA group to determine where my home starts and stops. First person to tell me that and I’ve had a few quotes. After this his communications came to an end. His phone always goes straight to voicemail he wouldn’t respond to text messages.
