I contacted JP Construction Services to look at a leak on our roof. I left a message and they contacted me the next day. The following day they were at my house to assess the situation. The roof was replaced in The winter of 2022 before we purchased the home. Upon inspection we were told that the sewer vent was installed incorrectly causing the leak. I had a phenomenal experience with this company. They were prompt with replies and so very helpful when the insurance company quoted me thousands less than what the job required. Matt inspected my roof, sent an email to the insurance company, outlining additional needs, and advocated for me. Matt then came back out and reinspected the roof with the insurance adjuster to show them each additional issue that the adjusters had failed to include. JP did what a few others could do in diagnosing and repairing a roof leak that our house has had for decades. They were on time and worked diligently to get the job done right!
Matt worked with me throughout the whole project of replacing my roof. Made me feel well informed and helped with my selection. Completely did a wonderful job. Workers were so respectful, worked non-stop. Will recommend them.
