Precursor - Troy, and whoever else owns this body shop, if you refund our money like you said you would, I will change this review to 5 stars immediately upon receipt. Troy, and JP Automotive and Body Frame Shop were hired for a few different small jobs on our 2013 Prius. Work was fine, nothing remarkable to state, either good or bad. We brought it to them because the anti-lock brake system was failing, and the payment for this job was $900. It was a failed job, to put it simply. Worst experience ever with a body shop. Horrible paint job, I picked up dirty went to car wash the front bumper completely feel off..the entire side is not lined up and just barely hanging there , and my starter almost fell due to not screwing it back..the only put half the clips back in and didn't do an alignment I was told if I go down the street to his buddies place to buy new tires he will pay for alignment.. he wanted all cash $4700 and wouldn't give me an invoice.
