I got my car from jp auto sales. These people are amazing!! If you want to buy a car from someone who is honest and trustworthy, this is the place to go to. A small sensor went out on my car and they fixed it for free (I only paid for the part) He legally didn't have to do anything for me. But that's not the kind of people they are. I had an absolutely best experience at JP Auto Sales. Everyone was so nice there
This place is horrible. The cars barely work (just long enough to sell off the lot). The people (especially management) are heartless and will overcharge just to get more money from you. When you need repairs, they either take longer than necessary or not at all. If you're late on any of your payments throughout, they just slap on a late fee. But if ur late on your LAST payment, they come take the car and will double charge. Overall, I would not recommend this place and hope they close. People deserve better than the service... read more
Had 2 cars from there 1st the 2015 impala caught fire while driving down hwy 14 2nd car 2017 dodge charger the transmission went out while I was in Dallas on vacation and I'm from lake charles. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND
