We bought a 2004 Honda Pilot back in February. No issues with the vehicle at all, but getting our tags and registration has been a nightmare. He made us sign a POA so “we can file your paperwork for you” (AKA a reason to charge a $500 “dealer fee” which is dumb when a vehicle has been PAID IN FULL and you can submit your own documentation) and we have been unsuccessful in getting documentation we need to renew the tags which expired April 27.
