I recently bought a Subaru crosstrek from Ivan and he made the process so easy! Purchased my very first car from JP Auto at the end of April, and have had zero issues so far. The purchasing experience was excellent, too; both Juan and Ivan were very professional and friendly, and not even remotely pushy or otherwise stereotypical used car salesmen. Thank you, Juan, for the interior detailing. The car looks, smells, and feels great! (edit to add: The back seat had lots of dog hair --- all gone now.) He's way out on Prairie Rd., BUT he picks up and drops off, so he is actually closer than anybody else. Prices are low, integrity is high, and my 15 yr old treasured car has been to the beauty parlor and has come out sparkling clean.
