Ivan is super nice. But I didn’t have the best experience there on a personal level. They found a bank to finance me (someone with no credit) but then after going through all the paperwork and being able to take it off the lot. They asked me to bring it back to go over paperwork again because they wanted more money down than what I gave them. The car I left the lot with, ended up having a bad transmission, so rather than renewing the paperwork, we returned the keys and gave them the car back. Very frustrating.
Went to pick up a scion XB for my husband, Juan was quick to help us out. He is INCREDIBLE and professional! He moved us through the process quickly with Very honest pricing. If ever in need of a car again, we will surely come to see Juan at JP Auto. 10/10 we recommend!
