June 2025, I am updating this review because of the thoughtful response from current management. We hired Sage Tuttle to manage our properties, and it was a disaster. He refused to provide documentation of rent rolls and other pertinent information, and the rent owed to us was never reconciled. I would not recommend any future company associate with Mr. Tuttle.
