I recieved so much support with the application. The instal was quick. Now that it's winter, I am not satisfied because my house is no longer warm and cozy. My water pipe froze last week. I called asking to speak with the manager and was told that someone would get to me by Monday. Never happened. In the past, I called for a technician. They sent someone who didn't speak English. This company provided us with excellent service for installation and for a service call, which turned out not to be a problem with the two mini-splits, but with my knowledge of settings! In any case, the units work very well and you couldn't ask for better on-site service. I deducted a star because when I contacted them for the service call, it took a while for them to get a team out here. Once here, though, the work was exceptional.
