I recieved so much support with the application. The instal was quick. Now that it's winter, I am not satisfied because my house is no longer warm and cozy. My water pipe froze last week. I called asking to speak with the manager and was told that someone would get to me by Monday. Never happened. In the past, I called for a technician. They sent someone who didn't speak English. This company provided us with excellent service for installation and for a service call, which turned out not to be a problem with the two mini-splits, but with my knowledge of settings! In any case, the units work very well and you couldn't ask for better on-site service. I deducted a star because when I contacted them for the service call, it took a while for them to get a team out here. Once here, though, the work was exceptional.
These guys are the real deal and very professional. They are very responsive and have patience in working with you and explaining all your options and helping you find the best solution. As with any company, it all starts from top management and front-line customer support. The team that came to do the install was also very professional and efficient.
