Worst service after installation. One year after my mini split was installed, I had a problem and called for maintenance. It took them a full week to respond. Then they scheduled a repair 4–5 days later. On the day of the appointment, I skipped work to wait for them—but they never showed up. Later, while checking they simply canceled. Think twice before dealing with this company! 😡
