Great people and excellent work. We have been using Joy's Tree Service since 2011. Every single time you get the same great service. Jenny gets Bryan scheduled to come out. Bryan comes out, listens to all your tree concerns, gives recommendations, can name what trees you have with just a glance, and relays your needs back to Jenny to generate the quote and get you scheduled. Joy's Tree Service took down several trees for us that were dying or dead. These tree roots were breaking our driveway and others were rotten. Upon cutting a large one, they noticed it was loose at the base. Had it fallen, t would have been on the house. Excellent work start to finish, efficient and kept the area and road clean while doing the work. Highly recommend them if you need tree removal. Top notch and professional.
I was referred to Joy’s Tree Service by a neighbor. I called on Monday and spoke with Jenny. Jenny was very informative, courteous and understood exactly what I needed. She said that I would have a visit and an emailed quote the following day, Tuesday, and would hope to get to the job by Friday. The quote was very fair and doable. Ironically, on Wednesday morning, I received an email from Jenny stating that a window of time had opened up for Wednesday afternoon. We went with that!
