Following up to my previous review, I went back after my nail had broke the first day on vacation(2 days after I got my nails done) I had called and told them that my nail broke they told me to come in on Saturday. As I got there, and I sat in the chair waiting for the owner to fix my nail she started giving me a lot of issues about my review in front of multiple customers. I recently tried out this place because I was going on a vacation.. I got a gel pedicure and hard gel manicure.. I paid $140.. one of the most expensive nails I’ve ever gotten. The place is super clean and the owners are beyond sweet but I noticed 3 of my nails were crooked when I said something sitting in the chair she told me it was just “my finger” I called the next day and asked them to fix it which they just filed it down and should have took it off and replaced it because I paid $140.. Hellen and her team moved from Madison to this location recently and I don’t mind the almost doubled trip to see her. When she was in between locations, I tried a few other salons in the area and every time compared the results to Hellen or Astrid’s. No one is the same. They have great packages which are really great deals and are open 7 days a week!
Love it here, they always do a great job. Everyone is very friendly too and the salon is very pretty and very clean. Lots of interesting options for nail colors and textures too!
I followed Hellen to Joy’s from their Madison location because of the exceptional service I receive from her. This new location is bright, clean, inviting, and has parking right in front of the salon. Hellen and her husband always welcome the clients as they walk in the door. Hellen has always been patient and really listens when I tell her and show her how I want my nails to look. I have never left there dissatisfied.
