Joy has been so amazing! Her methods have helped me. I never had relief in the tension in my back from doing Hair and now I do. Increased my mobility! She is essential for body management!
I had never had a professional massage before and all the massages I’ve had in the past were awkward and just didn’t feel good at all. Having heard of great reviews from my friends and family, I gave this a shot and wow was I not disappointed. She took her time, was thorough, took the time to know me and my body and what I was going through and it was one of the best things I could do for myself and my body. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more. It felt like I was floating afterwords because of the CBD and the techniques she used.
