I’ve been coming to Joy’s for over a decade—from plants, to monthly memorial flowers for my soul dog, and most recently, my bridal bouquet. What I appreciate most is the consistency of the customer experience and the simple fact that they’ve always been such a good neighbor. Flowers bring joy, and that’s something this shop represents both in name and in spirit. Their kindness and care for their customers are why I’ve continued to come back all these years.
I placed a $341 order for my anniversary. Their team called my girlfriend directly to say they were out of roses and offered peonies or daisies. She chose peonies, and what arrived was daisies, with no roses at all. I'd have been fine w/ a substitution; they clearly thought the swap mattered too, or they wouldn't have called to ask. They just didn't send the one she picked. I got a long reply declining a refund that never addressed the phone call, and no reply at all to my follow-up.
After being let down by another florist the night before my wedding, I stumbled upon this shop. As tourists, we had to find a last-minute solution, and I found an extremely kind young man who was more than willing to help me find a solution for my wife’s bouquet. He made us a beautiful bouquet of calla lilies, and I walked away with an arrangement invented on the spot! This shop will now forever be part of our wedding memories. Thank you again
