Went in and needed a spoke for the front wheel. Rad bike shop and Phil and ARod were great!! Wheel done right there as we talked trails and rides on Wednesdays. Hope I can keep up with them..... definitely will go back.
I took my fork in yesterday to have Phil and the gang to install new oil and seals. Got the back today and it rides better than it ever has, even better than the two times it has come back from Fox. Fast turn around and the best service in town!
Phil got me set up on a new 5010 this season and I couldn't be happier! Killer bikes, great shop, and just overall awesome people. Despite being in the midst of a stressful shop remodel, Phil and his crew always took time to get my bike tweaked and back to me before my days off so I never missed any riding time. He even stayed open late one night so I could grab my bike after I got off work. And did I mention the new 5010 absolutely rips?!?
Thanks to Phil and his wonderful mustachioed team mate I got the service I needed and guidance to some great trails. Thanks gents, shingle creek to Mahalo and down dry creek was a great rip. Cheers!
Excellent business. Upgraded to a new bike after 20 years. Phil had unbelievable patience in explaining all the new features on bikes and helping pick the best features for my type of riding. Extremely pleased with my new bike and their service.
Thanks for changing out my studded tires today. Enjoyed my first ride in the foothills in eight years! Glad to have such a great bike shop in the neighborhood.
