I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Palacios and her entire team! The front desk staff and assistants are always so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walk in. I have one child who does great during dental appointments and a younger one who definitely keeps everyone on their toes, yet they always handle every situation with so much patience, understanding, and professionalism. We had such a wonderful experience at Joyous Smiles Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Palacios and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything, made my child feel comfortable, and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a fun and positive experience. Estoy muy contenta de haberlas encontrado por las redes. Excelente experiencia. Llegué con mi hija sin tener una cita y aun así nos atendieron muy rápido. Todo el personal fue muy amable, paciente y profesional. Hicieron que mi hija se sintiera tranquila y cómoda durante toda la visita, explicando cada paso con mucho cariño. Se nota que realmente saben cómo tratar a los niños. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención que recibimos y sin duda volveremos. Los recomiendo al 100%

La atención es excelente, tuve una bella experiencia para mi hija, le extrajeron una muela y le hicieron varias curaciones y gracias a este grupo de maravillosas personas fue una muy agradable experiencia para mi hija!!! La parte administrativa es muy ordenada y amable y su política de regalar esas moneditas para que se saquen un juguetito al salir es maravilloso, mis hijos vienen felices!!!! Solo me queda decirles gracias gracias por ser tan humanas y lindas con los pequeños!! Que Diosito las bendiga siempre!!!
