Paul G, pick and choose which family he want in the house instead of doing first come first serve I was the first one to put my application in for the house it took about 5 days to run the application l was the only application in for 5 days An he pick the other family for the house He went back on the credit report from 1985 because there was nothing on the credit report bad and the credit score was close to 700 I feel like this company is Racist

Definitely a great company for renting. We rented from them for 2 years and never had any issues. They were always quick with maintenance requests too. Never waited longer than a couple days max to get something fixed. Paul was always good at responding to stuff and even came out a couple times himself to check out a maintenance issue. Also, getting into the house was a super smooth and straight forward process. A lot of companies nowadays have you jump through a ton of hoops before you get approved.
