Joyner Home Inspection is amazing. Mr. Joyner was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He gave our prospective home an extremely thorough inspection and then went over everything with us before we left the property. His written report came later that night. Besides the next level inspection service, Mr. Joyner's reporting software allows you to easily make a list of repairs you want completed so it can be shared with all relevant parties. Kevin performed the home inspection on a property we are purchasing. He did an extremely thorough job and uncovered some major structural work that had been done that the current owner didn't even know about. We were very happy with his detailed report and helped us comfortably move forward with the knowledge of exactly what condition the house we were purchasing was in.

Please beware of Kevin Joyner, I have had alot of home inspections done in the past and never have I had someone exaggerate and make as many errors as he did. He was not a fair person and took unnecessary photos and stated that there were hidden issues and possible mold etc about my house. When I brought in professionals, they proved him wrong about almost every issue.
