Paul and Jacob were quick, professional and a delight to meet. Loved receiving pictures of who to expect. Enjoyed the experience!
Paul and Jacob arrived in the stated time period, assessed the issue, found the problem, and cleared the line in under an hour. They also gave me advice on preventing a future issue and how to improve the water flow. Very efficient yet friendly, professional yet down to earth advice.
Jacob was a tremendous help. He identified my dishwasher leak and immediately contacted Regent Restoration to manage my water damage issues and subsequent restoration. BUT Jacob was available al through that process INCLUDING the removal of my old dishwasher and the INSTALLATION of my new one! I would definitely call Jacob for any plumbing issues in the future! 😃👍
