Paid $9000 for a new unit in April and it has stopped working twice already. They say it's hard to stop a trane, but ours has stopped twice in just a few months on a brand new system. I will gladly write a new review if it gets corrected and doesn't give problems again in almost no time.
Everyone at Carolina Comfort Air went far beyond to complete the consultation and installation of a new A/C unit after I had damage from a lightning strike. I could not have asked for more efficient and pleasant installers and electrician. Chase my salesman gave me options and explained everything. I highly recommend them
