Complaint: I hired the Joyner Agency to consolidate all my coverages. There was a bit of drama getting my coverages transferred, but we will concentrate here on my main issue. I needed a boat policy. My current one was with American Integrity. There is a simple form that could have made transfer easy, but Joyner chose to bundle it with Progressive instead. Lori was wonderful to work with, she was extremely knowledgable and asked several questions to ensure our home owner's policy was appropriate to meet our wants and needs. I would also highlight her patience and responsiveness as we walked thru the process of changing providers. Kudos!!
