We communicated with Jason and Eric to fix our roof and they were great to work with. We got their contact from our realtor and they were able to perform a roof inspection before we even owned the house, free of charge. They replaced our flat roof efficiently, all before the giant snow storm rolled through. Eric kindly came by after the snow melted to finish the inspection and even set up a gutter guard when we noticed our gutters were leaking. Would highly recommend!
I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be done. Glad I choose Joyland to get my window shutters replaced. There were a few mix ups with getting our shutters on time but the office staff and sales team kept us informed and were awesome in communicating with us. Javon and Andrew were the associates that came out to install the shutters. They both are very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. They were great! We got a lot of compliments from our neighbors. Joyland Roofing is an amazing company. I needed a roof repair from a previous "contractor" that failed to do the job properly and unresponsive to corrections that needed done. Joyland stepped in and provided detailed videos and photos of the issue along with an estimate. They are very up front and honest. They were hired on and Alex is absolutely amazing. I'm a happy Joyland customer and recommend them. Sales process by Ross was very clear, smooth, and without pressure. The office staff communicated well and were helpful. The installers were professional and incredibly efficient. Finally, our project manager, Conrad, also communicated well, checked in frequently, and was clearly committed to wrapping up the project by ensuring we were satisfied with the work. I rarely write reviews, but this company is worth it. The estimate was so incredibly fair and professionally done. Just very friendly honest people. They did several small repairs and built a roof over the front door. Very experienced and quality work. I couldn’t be happier. Next I have them putting in windows and have no worries at all and very excited. To find a company that checks all the boxes with the highest of scores for every step, is so rare and is so refreshing. Needless to say I highly recommend them.
