We highly recommend Joyland windows and doors. We are so pleased we went with this company. Facet at roof line was damaged by high windstorm. Evaluation by Joyland Roofing tech identified additional sections of the front facet had not been properly installed under the roof drip edge. Repairs were completed quickly and tech explained his inspection of the existing roof and gutter system
I rarely write reviews, but this one needs to be done. Glad I choose Joyland to get my window shutters replaced. There were a few mix ups with getting our shutters on time but the office staff and sales team kept us informed and were awesome in communicating with us. Javon and Andrew were the associates that came out to install the shutters. They both are very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. They were great! We got a lot of compliments from our neighbors. Eric G. was my project manager and did a perfect job of communicating all details and quickly resolving all concerns I had with my roof, soffit, fascia, gutter and downspout replacements. The job was scheduled immediately, not a penny paid until completed. The installation crews were very professional, installations were well done and the job site was left cleaner than they found it.
