I rarely write reviews, but this company is worth it. The estimate was so incredibly fair and professionally done. Just very friendly honest people. They did several small repairs and built a roof over the front door. Very experienced and quality work. I couldn’t be happier. Next I have them putting in windows and have no worries at all and very excited. To find a company that checks all the boxes with the highest of scores for every step, is so rare and is so refreshing. Needless to say I highly recommend them.
I needed to replace the french doors on my tiny home. Joyland responded quickly to my request for a quote. Brandon was friendly, listened to what I wanted and provided the cost within 20 minutes. He even returned to make sure the measurements were accurate. Because it required a custom size, I expected the price to be outrageous. I know it was time for a roof. Another company told me it was 1 x 4 s under the shingles and they would take the tiles off and shingle it and I would be good. I had Jason come out from Joyland and he said it's actually cedar shakes under the tiles, so there are two layers and would also need to be sheeted since the shakes where on lathe. Although it was more then I wanted to spend it needed to be done. I'm glad he saw that and gave me an accurate estimate. We had contacted a few companies for a roofing project and one person didn’t have the time and the other company wasn’t taking small jobs as it was only a small project! I called Joyland Roofing company and met with Caleb at the cite and he went over everything and he said he will contact us two days prior to starting the job! He did contact us like promised! Joyland was an excellent company to deal with! We had them install a much needed new roof . They were very professional . communication was excellent. estimate and work was done in a timely manner. No problems from start to finish! Very efficient crew! Enjoyed working with Jason and Conrad. Would highly recommend them!
