We had contacted a few companies for a roofing project and one person didn’t have the time and the other company wasn’t taking small jobs as it was only a small project! I called Joyland Roofing company and met with Caleb at the cite and he went over everything and he said he will contact us two days prior to starting the job! He did contact us like promised! I know it was time for a roof. Another company told me it was 1 x 4 s under the shingles and they would take the tiles off and shingle it and I would be good. I had Jason come out from Joyland and he said it's actually cedar shakes under the tiles, so there are two layers and would also need to be sheeted since the shakes where on lathe. Although it was more then I wanted to spend it needed to be done. I'm glad he saw that and gave me an accurate estimate. I was impressed with this company from start to finish. I was first given an honest assessment of what I needed based on a thorough inspection of my roof. I was then given various options to best meet my needs. The roofers themselves were well organized and efficient. After the roof was installed, there was no indication they were even there other than the new roof they left behind!
We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Joyland Roofing in December 2024. Jason Martin came out to do estimate and stayed my contact person through the whole install. We are very happy with our choice in Joyland Roofing and the 25 year workmanship warranty.
Zach was the project manager and was amazing. We compared several quotes/companies before choosing. He walked us through all the options, explained everything thoroughly, and his team installed it in a day, just a week after we signed the contract. Very efficient. Highly recommend!! (This picture was before clean up was complete, but they did that too.)
