i’m starting off with, the haircut and dye job wasn’t bad at all, i’m actually pretty content with how it turned out but, it’s not at all what i asked for. i had asked for my dead ends to be cut off and layers added. all i got was the ends off and some face framing. i showed pictures of exactly what i wanted and was ready to show the stylist again if she had asked but, she only looked at them once, which was a bit odd to me because every other stylist had asked to see the pictures multiple times to make sure i got what i wan... read more

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my first experience at JoyLaina Beauty Studio in Brookswood, and it was fantastic! Amy was exceptional—she listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and welcoming, making the entire experience enjoyable. I left feeling great about my hair, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
